Shipping Method
All orders from The Nailist Club are delivered using a reliable third-party courier service. This allows us to provide fast and trackable shipping to ensure your products reach you safely.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery within South Africa usually takes 2–3 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location. Any additional charges imposed by the courier service (such as for remote areas) will be communicated during checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the courier’s website.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping: Contact us immediately at hello@nailistclub.co.za. We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that while we assist with courier issues, delivery is ultimately handled by the third-party service.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. The Nailist Club is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.
Special Delivery Instructions
You may include special delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., gate codes or preferred delivery times). While the courier will do their best to follow these instructions, they are not guaranteed.
Returns & Exchanges
For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy. Note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 working days. If 7 working days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also do not accept products returned to us damaged in any way. Additional non-returnable items are Gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How can I cancel my order?
If you placed an order and would like to cancel, you can email hello@nailistclub.co.za and we will assist with the cancellation process. A fee of 15% of your order value will be charged, due to the transaction fees we incur on each order. The refund will occur within 7 working days. If an order has already been sent out to you, the shipping fee is not refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@nailistclub.co.za
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
